Visitors can also take a relaxing kayaking experience over Bulusan Lake, where the view on a sunny day is just gorgeous. For those looking to enrich themselves with Sorsogon’s history, feel free to visit Museo Sorsogon. Formerly a provincial jailhouse and courthouse, the century-old structure was converted into a museum by Senator Chiz Escudero while he was Sorsogon governor and opened to the public in 2021. You’ll get to learn plenty about the land’s rich history spanning from pre-colonial times until the Martial Law era.

It’s the perfect time to plan a visit to San Felipe in Zambales just before summer when you need not share it with the beach crowd. Just imagine enjoying the pristine Limliwa Beach all by yourself. For those with a knack for thrilling adventure, consider taking a trip to the nearby Mt. Pinatubo. Channel your inner peace by visiting all the beautiful temples in the area.
