READ: Pakistani fan bags Guinness World Record for naming Taylor Swift songs
He named a total of 34 songs in one minute

Bilal Ilyas Jhandir, a 20-year-old Taylor Swift fan from Pakistan, sets a new world record for identifying the most Taylor Swift songs from their lyrics in one minute.
Bilal named a total of 34 songs, surpassing the previous record of 27 held by Dan Simpson from UK in 2019.

Taylor Swift’s top 50 best-selling songs were compiled in a randomly ordered list, from which Bilal was tasked with identifying each song from its beginning lyrics, read aloud by a human without any accompanying music.
Bilal spent 13 weeks preparing for the record attempt, aiming to attain the highest score possible.
“I have been listening to Taylor Swift since my childhood. I am a die-hard fan of her,” Bilal said. “I have listened to each and every song of hers. I can identify almost any song of hers from the lyrics.”
This marks Bilal’s third Guinness World Records title. He previously earned the first one in 2021 for identifying the most animals from their sounds in one minute. Additionally, in 2022, he set another record by identifying the most Justin Bieber songs from their lyrics in one minute.
