A suspected leader of the Dongalo robbery hold-up and carnapping group was arrested on Jan. 27 in Taguig.
Southern Police District Director, Brig. Gen. Mark Pespes, identified the suspect only by his alias, Kelly, 31, who is also listed at top most wanted person of the Taguig Police and No. 2 top most wanted person in the SP for the first quarter of the year.

Kelly was nabbed based on a warrant of arrest with no bail recommended for a case of murder issued on Oct. 9 last year by Presiding Judge Antonio Olivete of the Taguig Regional Trial Court Branch 267.
Another warrant of arrest with a recommended bail of P100,000 for a case for violation of Republic Act 10591 (Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act) issued on Oct. 4, 2023 by Presiding Judge Mariam Bien of the Taguig RTC Branch 153.
The suspect was arrested by personnel from the Taguig Police’s Intelligence Section and Warrant and Subpoena Section, Eastern District Intelligence Team, Regional Intelligence Unit, and Intelligence Group of the Philippine National Police.
Kelly is detained at the custodial facility of the Taguig Police.
