K-pop artist and actress Sandara Park’s (or Dara) younger sister appeared on TV after 20 years for their brother.
Thunder, former member of K-pop boy band MBLAQ and Sandara’s brother, is getting married to Mimi, former member of K-pop girl group Gugudan, on May 26.

During an episode of the Korean channel TV Chosun’s program “Chosun’s Real Romantic,” Sandara and Thunder’s sister, Park Durami, appeared.
This was Durami’s first TV appearance in 20 years since being on Sandara’s 2004 episode about her life on “Screening Humanity.”
In “Chosun’s Real Romantic,” Sandara and Durami went to a music studio to meet Thunder and Mimi.
Sandara is 39 years old while Durami is 35 and Thunder is 33.
"This is Park Durami, my younger sister and Thunder's older sister. It's her first time appearing on TV since she did with me in the past on 'Screening Humanity.' Although she's not a TV personality, she decided to make an appearance today for Thunder," said Dara during the show, SBS News reported.
Thunder and Mimi revealed their relationship in July last year on the Korean TV show “Second House 2.” They later announced they would get married in the first half of 2024.
Thunder will be the first among the three siblings to get married.
According to Sandara, "Ever since Thunder made his debut, I've been telling everyone that I basically raised him. Thunder is six years younger than me, and I remember how he used to be only half my height. He's the youngest one in our family, and I've always treasured him. Since none of us were married yet, I was surprised when Thunder told me that he was getting married."
Durami talked about Thunder, saying, "Thunder and I are two years apart. We always played together when we were kids, and he's been my best friend. Once he debuted, he started to feel like a reliable older brother that I can count on, even though he is younger than I."
Sandara, Durami, Thunder and Mimi went to a restaurant to have dinner.
Sandara then gave her wedding gifts to Thunder and Mimi: matching Cartier watches.
"I got you matching watches from Cartier, because Cartier is the most popular brand among soon-to-get-married couples," Dara told them.
She added, "A lot of people think that Thunder is lucky for having a big sister who takes care of him at all times. But I never helped you two with your wedding. You and MIMI organized everything by yourselves without my help. I'm proud of you guys for that. I'm also... So sorry about that."
Sandara and Dumari then cried followed by Mimi.
