QC gov't issues traffic advisory for road development projects
The Quezon City government on Sunday, Jan. 28, advised motorists to expect heavy equipment and unusual traffic flow along three roads in the city as a road development project will start this week.
"Starting this week, construction for the Proposed Development of the Directional Islands at Intersections of East Avenue, Quezon Avenue, and Visayas Avenue will commence," the city government said.

According to the city government, the road works will be conducted at the corners of the thoroughfares connected to the Elliptical Road, which is outside the Quezon Memorial Circle.
"Expect heavy machinery and construction equipment along these areas and maneuver cautiously," it added.
Following the usual traffic flow, kindly be aware of the directional signages and hazard markers to be installed in the areas as per safety procedures," it also said.
