Metro Manila, rest of PH to experience cold weather with light rains due to 'amihan'
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Sunday, Jan. 28, said, the northeast monsoon, locally known as "amihan," will continue to prevail in Metro Manila and the rest of the country where cold weather conditions with chances of light rains may be felt.

In its latest bulletin, PAGASA said Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora, Quezon, Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Caraga, and Davao Region
will have skies with light rains due to "amihan."
In Metro Manila and the rest of the country, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains will prevail also due to "amihan."
Meanwhile, PAGASA said there is still a slim chance for a tropical cyclone to develop or enter the country's area of responsibility in the next three to five days.
