K-pop idol-actor Cha Eun-woo set to release first solo album in February

K-pop idol and actor Cha Eun-woo, star of the drama “True Beauty,” will be releasing his first solo album on Feb. 15. 

This will be his first solo album eight years after debuting in K-pop boy band ASTRO in 2016.

A photo of American actress India Eisley, daughter of actress Olivia Husssey, and Cha Eun-woo in a diner in the US was posted by a fan on X (formerly Twitter). 

Fantagio, Cha Eun-woo’s agency, announced that Eisley will appear in the music video for his song. 

“Cha Eun-woo recently filmed a music video with actress India Eisley in the United States,” said Fantagio, Korean media reported. 

Cha Eun-woo will perform songs from his solo album at his first fan con in Seoul on Feb. 17. 

In addition, Cha Eun-woo will star together with actress Kim Nam-joo in the upcoming Friday-Saturday drama “Wonderful World,” which will premiere on the Korean TV network MBC on March 1. 

Cha Eun-woo will be returning to the Philippines to hold his “Just One 10 Minute: Mystery Elevator” in Manila on March 16 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.
