Non-profit organization Go Negosyo has expressed its willingness to support and work together with First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos’ Lingap at Alagang Bayanihan (LAB) For All initiative, which provide primary medical care to Filipinos.

In a statement, the group said it met with the First Lady last Jan. 23 to explore how it can contribute to the LAB For All initiative by helping its beneficiaries start their own businesses.
“The provision of primary healthcare services goes hand-in-hand with giving people the ability to continually care for themselves and their families,” Go Negosyo founder Joey Concepcion said on Saturday, Jan. 27.
He added that Go Negosyo, which has programs to help Filipino micro-entrepreneurs scale up their businesses through mentoring by experts, can support LAB For All beneficiaries by providing them access to the means to become entrepreneurs.
The program will be especially targeted for women in the communities.
“The whole-of-government approach depends on the successful collaboration between the government and the private sector, and we are ready to respond,” he added.
LAB For All brings free primary health services to communities. It includes physical and medical examination, as well as laboratory tests.
The project is spearheaded by the First Lady, and involves several national government agencies, including the Public Attorney’s Office (PAO, the Department of Health (DOH), the Department of Agriculture (DA), and the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).
The LAB For All caravan has already been rolled out to several towns and cities nationwide since last year.
