Three men wanted for criminal cases were arrested by Pasay City police in a series of operations on Thursday, Jan. 25.
According Pasay City police chief Col. Mario Mayames, members of the Investigation and Detective Management Section (IDMS) arrested alias Marvin who is facing three counts of acts of lasciviousness in Oriental, Mindoro at around 8:45 p.m. in coordination with the Naujan Municipal Police.
Mayames said Marvin was arrested on Jan. 19, 2024 by virtue of a warrant issued by Judge Nerina Anastacio-Mendinueto, of Las Piñas Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch with a recommended bail of P540,000.
The suspect was brought to the Pasay Police custodial facility after his arrest.
The city police chief said his men also apprehended alias Rolando at around 8:30 a.m. on Alfonso St. in Barangay 123, Pasay City on the strength of a warrant issued on Jan. 17, 2024 by Judge Maria Luwalhati Cruz, of Pasay City RTC Branch 231 for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.
Another wanted man identified as alias Kirby was nabbed at around 7:00 p.m. on Araceli St. in Novaliches, Quezon City.
Judge Divina Gracia Lopez Pelino of Pasay RTC Barcnh 231 issued a warrant of arrest against Kirvy on August 22, 2022 also for violation of the Dangerous Drugs Act with recommended bail of P120,000.
