Romualdez denies ever attacking VP Duterte; says he 'misses' her

House Speaker Martin Romualdez has denied ever attacking any administration ally, particularly Vice President Sara Duterte.
Not only that, but Romualdez admits to "missing" the Vice President.
"On my part I have not attack any ally of this administration. I don't know what she's talking about," Romualdez said in a press briefing on Friday noon, Jan. 26.
Romualdez was referring to insinuations made by Duterte last Wednesday, Jan. 24 that she had been assailed by him.
"For the Vice President, I respect the Vice President. As my Vice President, as my secretary of education, she has my full support," said the leader of the 300-plus strong House of Representatives.
"I don't know what I have said or done to attack her. Please identify those actuation actuation any," added Romualdez.
"Kung nakikinig siya sa mga marites o kung sinong senadora dyan, it's up to her," he further said.

"Sa totoo lang po, nami-miss ko siya kasi dati parati kami magkasama, pero sa ating (To be honest, I miss her because we used to be together all the time, but)--our work now, she as the Vice President and secretary of DepEd (Department of Education), and me being the Speaker, we don't see each other as much.
"So syempre (So of course) I miss working together with her," the Leyte 1st district congressman said of Duterte.
