Cities to experience water service interruptions

Metro Manila water concessionaires Maynilad Water Services and Manila Water announced various maintenance and repair activities in several cities which will last until next week.

Starting Friday, Jan. 26, Caloocan City, Manila, Quezon City, and Rizal will experience service disruptions caused by line maintenance, leak repairs, pressure testing, and decommissioning, or shutting down certain water systems.

Most interruption schedules are set during the off-peak hours to minimize inconvenience to households and businesses nearby.

Jan. 26 until 5:00 PM

  •  Caloocan City – Brgys. 28 and 31

Jan. 26 to 27

  • From 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
    • Manila – Brgys. 607 to 609, 617 and 618, Sta. Mesa
    • QC – Brgys. Salvacion, San Isidro Labrador, Paang Bundok, Tatalon,

  • From 11:00 PM to 3:00 AM
    • Caloocan City – Brgy. 174
  • From 11:00 PM to 4:00 AM
    • Caloocan City – Brgys. 28, 31, and 35

Jan. 27 to 28, from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

  • QC – Brgys. Lourdes, Maharlika, Salvacion and San Isidro Labrador

Jan. 28 to 29, from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

  • QC – Brgys. Lourdes, Maharlika, Salvacion and San Isidro Labrador

Jan. 29 to 30

  • From 10:00 PM to 4:00 AM
    • QC – Brgys. Matandang Balara, Santo Cristo, Project 6
  • From 10 PM to 5 AM
    • Rodriguez, Rizal – Brgy. San Isidro

Jan. 30 to 31, from 10:00 PM to 4:00 AM

  • QC – Brgys. Santo Cristo and Ramon Magsaysay

Jan. 31 to Feb. 1, from 10:00 PM to 4:00 AM

  • QC – Brgy. Santo Cristo

Residents are advised to begin storing enough water to mitigate the impact of little to no water pressure before the maintenance works.
