Pasay LGU announces road closures for Sto. Niño grand procession

The Pasay City government announced that roads will be closed in some parts of the city to give way to the Sto. Niño grand procession on Sunday, Jan. 28.
Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano advised motorists to take alternate routes to avoid being caught in heavy traffic in going to their destination during the Sto. Niño grand procession from 9:00 a.m. and onwards.
Rubiano said areas to be closed to traffic are Libertad Street from Taft Avenue to Roxas Bloluevard; Harrison Street from Buendia Avenue to EDSA; Roax Boulevard Service Road going to Buendia Avenue to Libertad Street, Roxas Boulevard EDSA to Buendia, and Jalandoni in Buendia to Bukaneg.
The mayor said the city government along with the Congregation of Del Nombre de Jesus opened an exhibit of 501 images of Sto. Niño on Jan.18 at the Pasay City Astrodome.
Rubiano said the exhibit was opened until Jan. 26 from 1:0 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. followed by a Novena Mass at 7:00 p.m.
