If you enjoy remodeling and decorating homes from the comfort of your own space, then the simulation game House Flipper 2 might be the perfect fit for you.

Released in December 2023, this sequel to the beloved House Flipper game has garnered significant attention, reaching a peak of around 18,170 concurrent players, according to SteamDB.

Developed by Frozen District and Empyrean, House Flipper 2 is a simulation game centered around real estate flipping. This strategy involves buying a property, renovating or improving it, and then selling it quickly for a profit – essentially, buying low and adding value to sell high.

The sequel introduces new mechanics, improvements from the first game, a fresh story campaign, and a new feature called Sandbox Mode, allowing you to build your own home from the ground up.

The game is available on Steam for P1,100, with bundles offering the option to purchase other games in its franchise.
