K-pop boy band NCT 127 had a very enjoyable and memorable night as they performed before Filipino fans in their first stadium concert in the country.
NCT 127 (엔시티 127) held their concert “3rd Tour: Neo City-The Unity” on Jan. 21 at the Philippine Sports Stadium in Ciudad de Victoria in Bulacan, drawing thousands of fans who were there early just to see their idols.
This was also their first stadium concert since launching their “Unity” tour in November in Seoul. They were the second international act to use the Philippine Sports Stadium for a concert.

The open-air concert was a different experience for Filipino fans, who are used to watching performances indoors.
When NCT 127’s Taeyong, Jaehyun, Johnny, Yuta, Doyoung, Jungwoo, Mark, and Haechan emerged on stage, fans could not stop screaming with delight.
They started the show with “Punch” followed by “Superhuman,” “Ay-Yo,” “Crash Landing,” “Space” and “Time Lapse.”
“Did you guys miss us? Did you guys miss us a lot? We got the moon up there. We got the stars down here,” said Johnny.
Haechan said, “It’s been a long time since we came here. Did you guys miss us? Did you guys really miss us?”
“Manila, missed you guys. It’s incredible to perform here,” said Mark.
Jaehyun said, “Long time no see, everyone.. Did you miss us? I missed you a lot too. We did a rehearsal this morning and the sky was amazing but the night time with you guys is even better. I love the breeze, I love the vibe.”

Back in September 2022, NCT 127 held their first ever group concert in the Philippines, the “NCT 127 2nd Tour Neo City-Manila: The Link,” at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.
“Magandang gabi (Good evening),” said Taeyong. “It’s been a long time, right? We really, really missed you guys. We finally made it.”
Yuta said, “The show is just one day. So you have to use up all your energy tonight, okay?”
“Kamusta kayo? (How are you?),” Jungwoo asked the crowd. “I’m so happy to actually perform here after a long time.”
Doyoung said, “I missed you guys so much.”
Before the concert, a plane carrying a sky banner, a fan project, flew around the stadium with the message “PH Doppu always with Doyoung.”
About the fan project, he said, “I saw the plane that you prepared. I'm so thankful and touched.”
NCT 127 continued with their set with “Skyscraper,” “Parade,” “DJ,” “Yacht,” “Je ne sais quoi,” “Fire Truck,” “Sit Down!,” and “Chain.”

“It’s getting hotter, right? You guys are so energetic. Because it’s been a while since we came to the Philippines, your energy is great. You know, this is our first stadium after starting our ‘Unity’ tour. And it feels actually great to perform outdoors,” Taeyong told the crowd.
Johnny said, “Honestly, I want to tell you guys we are looking forward to coming here and seeing you. It’s been a long time since we’ve been here. I can see you guys like this, big stadium, just outside just enjoying this beautiful weather. We just want to say thank you.”
NCT 127 also performed “Cherry Bomb,” “Gold Dust,” “Fly Away With Me,” “White Lie,” “Love Is a Beauty,” “Simon Says,” “Tasty,” “Favorite (Vampire),” “Kick It,” “2 Baddies” and “Fact Check.”
For the encore, they performed “Angel Eyes,” “Be There for Me” and “Promise You.”
Before they performed “Be There for Me,” Jaehyun asked the fans, “Are you guys going to be there for us? Are you guys going to be there for me?”
The whole concert proved to be a memorable experience for NCT 127 and the fans.
Before performing their last song, NCT 127 members thanked the fans for traveling all they way to Bulacan to see them.
“I wanna say thank you for being there for us. But today you guys are here for us. I know it’s not easy to come by but thank you for coming out to see us. We love you very much. Thank you for sharing this wonderful moment with us under this beautiful moon. Moon Tae-il, we miss you too. Thank you, Philippines. We’ll be back. And remember, NCT 127 will always, always be there for you,” said Johnny, referring to NCT 127 member Tae-il.
Haechan told fans, “First of all, thank you so much for enjoying the show. You guys missed us so much, right? So see you again next time.”
According to Mark, “It was such a beautiful, beautiful night tonight. I just hope the next time we’re here, I think we should have at least two days. This will not be the end. We really love you.”

“I had so much fun. The outdoor vibe was really cozy. It felt more emotional. And definitely because of you guys, I felt so touched tonight,” said Jaehyun.
Taeyong commented, “I wanna say, first of all, thank you very much, Philippines, because we can’t meet often, you guys (are) always supporting us and giving us a lot of energy. It really makes me happy. We really love you, Philippines.”
“My body condition was not great so I was worried. But because of your cheers, I was able to finish it safely. Thank you,” said Yuta.
Jungwoo said, “Did you guys have fun? Even before the show, I was very excited because it was an outdoor performance. I think I’ll never forget your energy.”
“Thank you so much. Thank you for coming. I heard your amazing loud voice. We promise we will come back to the Philippines again,” said Doyoung.
