Ayala Land Premier (ALP), the legacy brand for premium properties of listed, full-line real estate company Ayala Land Inc. (ALI), has added a new dimension to its solid reputation as the top high-end real estate developer in the country as it nears completion of its very first office project, One Vertis Plaza.

Situated in a prime area within ALI's 46-hectare, mixed-use, master-planned estate Vertis North in Quezon City, it is the only premier corporate address of its kind in the city. The 42-level tower has recently been topped off in a ceremony led by ALP officers together with project team partners and consultants, signaling the structural completion of the building and the on-track turnover of its office spaces targeted this year.

Present during the ceremony were Gibson Ganzon, CM deputy director of ALP; Leya Moya, head of Customer Relations Group of ALP; Paolo Viray, chief operating officer of ALP; Cherryl Uy, head of Project Development Group 1 of ALP; Arch. Vena Sabat, Architecture Studio head of ALP; Arch. Abelardo Tolentino Jr., president and CEO of AIDEA Inc; Efren Mananquil, group head of the Construction Operations Group of MDC; Engr. Edwin Magsalansan, director and vice president of Sy^2 + Associates Inc.; and Isabelita Briones, senior quantity surveyor of PMQS Construction Solutions.
