Wanted person in Muntinlupa nabbed in Laguna

A man from Muntinlupa who is facing a criminal case for illegal drugs was arrested in Laguna on Jan. 22.

The Muntinlupa Police identified the man as Ricardo Ortega, who had a pending warrant of arrest.

Ortega was arrested by personnel from the Muntinlupa Police’s Warrant and Subpoena Unit in nearby Barangay Poblacion, San Pedro, Laguna.

His warrant of arrest (service of sentence) was issued by Acting Presiding Judge Analie Oga-Brual of the Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court Branch 276 on Jan. 15 for a case for alleged violation of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).
