PAGASA said partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains will be felt in Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, the rest of Central Luzon, and the rest of Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, and Quezon due to "amihan."

In Cagayan Valley, Aurora, and Quezon, cloudy skies with rains will be felt, while the Cordillera Administrative Region will have cloudy skies with light rains both due to "amihan."

PAGASA warned those in Cagayan Valley, Aurora, and Quezon of possible flash floods or landslides that may occur in times of moderate to heavy rains.

Meanwhile, the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers caused by localized thunderstorms.

The public was also warned of flash floods or landslides that may occur in the affected areas during severe thunderstorms.
