Man wanted for statutory rape, lascivious act nabbed in Silang

CAVITE – Authorities apprehended one of Region 4A’s most wanted persons for three counts of statutory rape and lascivious conduct in Silang on Monday, Jan. 22.

The Cavite Police Provincial Office identified the suspect as alias Allan.

The suspect was nabbed by virtue of an arrest warrant issued by Family Court Branch 3, Fourth Judicial Region in Tagaytay City.

The court recommended no bail for statutory rape and P200,000 for lascivious conduct under the Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation, and Discrimination Act.

Alias Allan is now under the custody of Silang Municipal Police Station.
