According to the local government unit (LGU), trucks will be temporarily banned from entering East Bank Road in Barangay Sta. Lucia, specifically from F. Legaspi Bridge to Barkadahan Bridge (both directions) starting Saturday, Jan. 27.

The rehabilitation, spearheaded by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), is expected to be completed on July 27.

The city government apologized for the traffic inconvenience and urged truckers and operators to look for alternative routes while the project is ongoing.
