Man wanted for acts of lasciviousness arrested in Las Piñas City

A man wanted for acts of lasciviousness was arrested by members of the Las Piñas City police Station and Intelligence Section (SIS) on Monday, Jan 22.

 

The Southern Police District (SPD) said the suspect, identified as alias DJ, 20, was arrested at around 8:30 a.m. inside a fast food chain located along Zapote-Alabang Road, Barangay Almanza Uno, Las Piñas City.

 

According to city police chief, Col. Jaime Santos, the suspect, tagged as the top three wanted person for the month of January, is facing five counts of acts of lasciviousness.

 

Santos said the suspect was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Mildfred Jacinto Marquez, of Family Court Branch 2 in Las Piñas City on Jan. 10, 2024 with a  recommended bail of P900,000.

 

He said the suspect was immediately detained at the police custodial facility pending the issuance of a commitment order from the court.
