EXO's Baekhyun to hold first solo concert in Manila

K-pop boy band EXO’s Baekhyun will be coming back to Manila for his first solo concert. 

Baekhyun announced that he will hold his “Lonsdaleite” Asia Tour, listing different cities and countries. 

In the Philippines, Baekhyun will hold the concert on April 13 at the Araneta Coliseum, according to promoter Wilbros Live.

The concert name “Lonsdaleite” refers to a type of diamond and a mineral that is 58 percent harder than regular diamonds. 

Baekhyun will kick off the tour in Seoul on March 16 and 17 at KSPO Dome. 

This is Baekhyun’s first face-to-face solo concert in 12 years since his debut in EXO. In January 2021, he held his online concert “Baekhyun: Light.” 

“Lonsdaleite” Asia Tour will be held under Baekhyun’s own label INB100, which was established together with EXO’s Xiumin and Chen. 

INB100 will be responsible for the individual activities of Baekhyun, Xiumin and Chen as well as activities of their subunit CBX. 

SM Entertainment, meanwhile, will manage groups activities of EXO to which the three belong. 

“Lonsdaleite” Asia Tour will also be held in  Tokyo, Singapore, Ho Chi Minh City, Chiba, Fukuoka, Taipei, Kobe, Sendai, Jakarta, Hong Kong, and Bangkok.

In June last year, Baekhyun headlined the "Overpass" concert in Manila together with Jeon Somi and B.I.
