CPG to launch 2 projects in first half

Century Properties Group (CPG), a top-tier developer controlled by the Antonio family, is launching two projects in the first half of this year under its Premium, In City Line. 

In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange, the firm said it will be launching this quarter "The Hotel Residences at Acqua" in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila.

This project will leverage on the success of CPG’s Acqua Private Residences and will be offering move-in ready, hotel-fitted and fully furnished suites. 

CPG’s Acqua Private Residences compound in Mandaluyong City stands out as the Philippines' first residential Eden, seamlessly merging urban living with lush tropical rainforest-inspired design. 

At the heart of Acqua is "The Pebble," a waterfront clubhouse on the fourth floor that houses Acqua's state-of-the-art Fitness Center.

Meanwhile, the firm said also launching its first mid-rise 12-storey residential development at Azure North in San Fernando, Pampanga which will draw inspiration from its Azure brand.

Azure North will be offering 375 units in the first tower of the development which will have a sprawling multi-feature water-park amenities, adding a unique and appealing dimension to resort living.

Meanwhile, Azure North will be a resort-inspired residential development in the heart of Pampanga. Building on the success of Azure Urban Resort Residences in the South, Azure North aims to extend the allure of a coastal haven to more Filipino condo buyers.

A standout feature of Azure North is its urban man-made beach, boasting a white sand beach lagoon, inviting wave and lap pools, and an exclusive Azure Beach Clubhouse. 

This innovative concept redefines urban living, offering an ideal retreat for those seeking accessible luxury. The development, conveniently located near major malls, commercial establishments, and the Clark International Airport, provides an enticing escape for those in search of the perfect summer retreat.

With the recent completion of the Skyway extension, Azure North is now only a 90-minute drive from Makati City. 

The development offers an array of amenities, including a refreshing beach pool, a wave pool creating beach waves every few minutes, and the Azure Beach Clubhouse with a welcoming lobby, elegant dining area, well-equipped gym, and a rooftop deck providing a breathtaking view.
