Pasay LGU offers free rides to business tax payers

The Pasay City government offered free rides to business taxpayers who rushed on the last day of renewal and payments.

According to Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano, the city government in partnership with the Toyota Motor Philippines offered free rides to give convenience to business taxpayers from 7 a.m. to 12 midnight.

Rubiano said taxpayers coming from Mall of Asia (MOA) Music Hall located at J.W. Diokno Boulevard, Pasay City can get a free ride on the Toyota Motor Philippines shuttle going to the Pasay City Hall, Malibay, Buendia Taft, Heritage, and Arellano University.

The mayor said the Business Permit and Licensing Office (BPLO) had initially set the deadline for business permit renewal on Jan. 13 but extended it until Jan. 20.
