P680,000 'shabu' confiscated in Parañaque buy-bust

Parañaque City Police-Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) confiscated P680,000 worth of alleged shabu from a 40-year-old woman in a buy-bust operation on Friday night, Jan. 19.

The Southern Police District (SPD) said the suspect identified as certain "Marie," a resident of Zapote 1, Bacoor, Cavite was arrested at around 11:15 p.m. along Dasa, Barangay San Isidro, Parañaque City.

The SDEU operatives were able to confiscate from the suspect a knot-tied plastic sachet containing shabu, which contains 100 grams of suspected shabu.

The suspect was detained at the Parañaque police custodial facility for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
