Maynilad service interruptions loom in QC next week

West Zone concessionaire Maynilad Water Services, Inc. continues its pressure testing in Quezon City, affecting several barangays in the coming week.

According to Maynilad, the pressure testing will begin Monday, Jan. 22 and will be done during the late evenings to early mornings to avoid further convenience to the residential areas and businesses.

Below is the list of affected areas in QC and their dates:

Jan. 22 to 23, from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Brgys. Salvacion and San Isidro Labrador

Jan. 23 to 24, from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Brgy. San Jose

Jan. 24 to 25, from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Brgys. Bahay Toro and San Isidro Labrador

Jan. 25 to 26, from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Brgys. Sta. Teresita and San Isidro Labrador

Jan. 26 to 27, from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Brgys. San Isidro Labrador, Salvacion, Paang Bundok, and Tatalon

Jan. 27 to 28, from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Brgys. Maharlika, San Isidro Labrador, Salvacion and Lourdes

Jan. 28 to 29, from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Brgys. NS Amoranto, Maharlika and Paang Bundok

Maynilad advises the public to start storing up enough water supply as early as this weekend to mitigate the low pressure in the coming days.

They also ensured water tankers would be ready to deliver emergency water to residences.
