Man, subject of search warrant, yields shabu in Muntinlupa

A man who was served a search warrant by the police was arrested after he yielded suspected shabu in Muntinlupa on Jan. 19. 

Personnel from the Muntinlupa Police’s Drug Enforcement Unit served the search warrant at about 4 a.m. to a man identified by his alias, Ulo, 36, on San Guillermo Street in Barangay Putatan.

The search warrant was issued by Executive Judge Myra Quimbao of the Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court Branch 203 on Jan. 17.

During the search, the police confiscated four plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, weighing 17 grams with a value of P115,600 and a digital weighing scale. 

The drug evidence will be turned over to the Southern Police District Forensic Unit for analysis. The suspect is detained at the Muntinlupa Police’s custodial facility.
