Federal Land holds groundbreaking ceremony for new community development in Biñan, Laguna

Premier real estate developer Federal Land, Inc. recently broke ground for its newest community development in Biñan, Laguna.

The milestone event marks the official start of construction of Meadowcrest, a 50-hectare, multi-use master planned community development in the Sta. Rosa-Tagaytay growth corridor under its Federal Land Communities product line.

Its initial phase of the community will be a horizontal residential development poised to cultivate a dynamic community while also bringing new opportunities to investors looking to expand their portfolio in the South.

The event was graced by Biñan local government officials and Federal Land executives, including Federal Land Project Development Group Head Stephen S. Comia, Federal Land Technical Execution Group Head Alvin U. Ty, Federal Land Chairman Alfred V. Ty, Biñan City Mayor Hon. Mayor Walfredo “Arman” R. Dimaguila Jr., Federal Land President and COO Thomas F. Mirasol, Malamig Barangay Chairman Mario V. Rosqueta, Federal Land Urban Planning and Design Group Head Ar. Gilbert M. Berba, and Federal Land Sales Group Head Maria Margarita Saenz-Resurreccion.
