Aspiring esports teams, amateur athletes and Mobile Legends enthusiasts gather and join hands for a greater cause in the Hari ng Tondo for a cause: Face 2 Face MLBB Tournament slated on Sunday, Jan. 21 at the Barrio Obrero Youth Athletic Association court, Brgy. 188, Zone 17.

Open to Tondo and non-Tondo residents, teams and players bare their superb in-game mechanics, hero mastery and thrilling game play for the championship trophy and lion’s share of 12,000 pesos prize pool in the tournament presented by Neknek and Friends TV.

Through the collaboration of productive youth and organizations in the MLBB Community, the event aims to use the platform of esports as a means not only to provide opportunities for aspiring athletes but also to bring help and positive change in the less fortunate communities.

The event remains part of the ‘Esports for Cause’ program that has already helped 2000 indigenous youth in various communities in Manila, Quezon City and even Bulacan.

Through the event, a series of gift giving and feeding programs have already been done in Tondo, Quiapo, Ermita, United Nations Avenue, Shaw Boulevard in Manila and Holy Cross in Quezon City.

Admin head is Kevin Rodriguez, Black Dime PH owner, while CO head admin is Eliz Mine, Iree Esports/Gamerpact Esports manager.
