Step inside Daniel Padilla and Karla Estrada's residence in Quezon City, which is being sold for P50 million.

After Padilla sold his Chevrolet Corvette C7 to a Pampanga-based buyer recently, the actor and his mom have listed their abode for sale under real estate account Best Deal Property PH on Dec. 5.

Fans easily recognized Padilla's home when it was put on the market.

The listing agency described the property as "an elegant owner's built house" near Commonwealth in Quezon City.

The two-story home sits on a 500-square-meter lot area. It has six bedrooms, six bathrooms and a 5-6 car garage.

Reports said that Daniel bought the property before he turned 20.

Daniel and his mother, Karla, have not issued a statement regarding the sale of their property.

But veteran entertainment journalist Ogie Diaz said Karla and his family wanted to transfer to the south.

In November, Daniel and his girlfriend Kathryn Bernardo announced their split on social media after 11 years of being together.
