SINAIT, Ilocos Sur – A 39-year-old drug surrenderer was shot dead inside his house in Barangay Ricudo, this town, on Wednesday night, January 17.
A DRUG surrenderer was shot dead in Sinait, Ilocos Sur on Wednesday, January 17.
Police identified the victim as Ritchie A. Ilustrisimo, alias “Hapon,” also a farmer.
Investigation said the victim was drinking liquor alone inside his house when unidentified gunmen entered and fired at him several times.
Suspects fled onboard motorcycles and the victim was taken to the hospital where he was declared dead.
Police are considering several angles to determine the motive of the incident.
