Cop yields P340,000 shabu

CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Police arrested a colleague during an anti-illegal drug operation here on Thursday, January 18.

A COP was arrested in San Fernando City, Pampanga in an anti-illegal drug operation.

Police Regional Office-3 Director Police Brig. Gen. Jose S. Hidalgo Jr. said the suspect was nabbed by the Pampanga police Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit, Provincial Intelligence Unit, 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company, and San Fernando City police.

Seized from the suspect were 50 grams of suspected shabu with a standard drug price of P340,000.

Hidalgo said he won’t tolerate PRO-3 policemen involved in illegal activities.

“We are relentless in our internal cleansing efforts and this is another proof that the police organization do not tolerate any wrongdoing or criminal involvement of our personnel,” Hidalgo said.
