732 pass November 2023 Licensure Exam for Dentists — PRC


The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Wednesday, Jan. 17, that 732 out of 1,668—or 43.88 percent passed the November 2023 Dentist Licensure Examination (DLE).

Anne Nicole Abes Caeg, a graduate of the University of the East (UE), topped the DLE results, with an average of 83 percent.

Meanwhile, Aljin Capusi Prado (82.54 percent) and Ma. Evan Ezra Reyes Cadag (82.10 percent), both graduates of the University of the Philippines Manila (UPM), secured the second and third spots, respectively.

The November 2023 DLE was administered by the Board of Dentistry, headed by Dr. Merlin A. Go, Officer-In-Charge; Dr. Melinda L. Garcia, Dr. Rodolfo R. Drapete, Dr. Carlito D. Paragas and Dr. Gloria M. Bumanlag, Members.

The examination was held on Nov. 28 to 30, 2023 (Written) and Jan. 4 to 11, (Practical) across testing centers in Metro Manila, Baguio, Cebu and Davao.

All successful examinees interested in participating in the face-to-face mass oath-taking must register no later than noon on the day preceding the scheduled oath-taking date. Register at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm attendance.

For those unable to attend the mass oath-taking, the option to join the virtual oath-taking or request a special oath-taking is available. The schedule will be posted on the official website once confirmed.

To schedule an online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph, choose "e-OATH" as the transaction.

Online registration will close five calendar days before the online oath-taking day.

Furthermore, inductees must print the "Oath of Professional" form, downloadable from the PRC official website under PRC Online Services.

After the oath-taking, inductees should proceed with the Initial Registration by securing an online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph.
