Metro Manila among 10 areas with 'coldest' temperatures on Jan. 16


The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) recorded the 10 areas in the country with the lowest temperatures on Tuesday, Jan. 16, including Metro Manila.

According to PAGASA's temperature update, the Science Garden in Quezon City experienced a temperature of 23.2°C.

Meanwhile, the lowest temperature recorded was in Baguio City, at 13.0°C.

Other areas with the lowest temperatures were Basco, Batanes, at 15.5°C; Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, at 19.0°C; Casiguran, Aurora, at 20.8°C; Dagupan City, Pangasinan, at 22.0°C; Davao City, Davao del Sur, at 22.8°C; Aparri, Cagayan, at 23°C; Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro, at 23.2°C; and Romblon, Romblon, at 23.3°C."
