Man wanted for qualified statutory rape nabbed in Silang, Cavite

CAVITE – Authorities collared a man accused of qualified statutory rape in Silang on Monday, Jan. 15.

The Cavite Police Provincial Office (PPO) identified the accused as alias Minggoy.

He was arrested by virtue of an arrest warrant issued by Regional Trial Court Branch 41 in Bacolod City with no bail recommended.

Alias Minggoy is now under the custody of Silang Municipal Police Station.

In a statement, the Cavite PPO reaffirmed its dedication to apprehending individuals who have outstanding warrants of arrest, ensuring they face their court charges.
