Operatives of Quezon City Police District (QCPD) confiscated P380,800 worth of shabu and arrested three persons in two separate buy-bust operations in Quezon City.

Novaliches Police Station (PS 4) identified two of the suspects as Ervin Vinluan, 47, and Marjorie Vargas, 50.
Police said PS 4 operatives conducted an entrapment operation after a concerned citizen tipped off the alleged illegal drug activities of the two suspects at around 6:45 p.m. of Jan. 12, at their residence.
Authorities confiscated from the suspects around six grams of shabu worth P40,800, a coin purse, a cellular phone, and the buy-bust money.
Meanwhile, District Drug Enforcement Unit (DDEU) operatives nabbed suspect Jerome Juanillas, 24, at around 1:40 a.m. on Jan. 13. at Road 16 cor. Road 19. Barangay Bahay Toro, Quezon City.
He was arrested after a concerned citizen tipped off his alleged illegal drug trade.

A police officer who acted as a poseur buyer successfully bought P45,000 worth of shabu from the suspect, which led to his arrest.
Confiscated from the suspect were around 50 grams of shabu worth P340,000, a black coin purse, and the buy-bust money.
The arrested suspects will face charges for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, police said.
