In PAGASA's latest live broadcast, weather specialist Daniel James Villamil said partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light rains may be expected in Baguio City in the next three days due to the effects of the northeast monsoon or "amihan."

Villamil added that lower temperatures may also be expected in Baguio City and other cities in the country including Metro Manila and Legazpi City in Albay particularly in the early morning due to amihan.

Meanwhile, PAGASA said the temperature in Basco, Batanes reached 15.7°C at 5 a.m. while a temperature of 18.2°C was experienced in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte at 7 a.m.
