Manila LGU implements traffic scheme, road closures for 'Buling-Buling' Festival


The local government of Manila announced on Friday, Jan. 12., the traffic schemes and road closures to celebrate the "Buling-Buling" Festival in Pandacan on Saturday, Jan. 13.

According to the Manila City local government, they will implement a temporary lane closure and counterflow starting 12 a.m. onwards on Stretch of Jesus St. (from Quirino Avenue to Palumpong St.), Stretch of Palumpong St. (from Jesus St. to Beata St.), Stretch of Beata St. (from Jesus St. to T. Claudio St.), Stretch of E. Zamora St. (from Quirino Avenue to Hilum St.), and Stretch of ML. Carreon St. (from T. Claudio St. to Pedro Gil Street).

Motorists heading stretch of Jesus St. coming from
Mabini Bridge (Nagtahan) is advised to drive to Pres. Quirino Ave. to the point of destination.

Vehicles coming from the stretch of E. Zamora St. coming from Pres. Quirino Avenue is advised to go straight to Mabini Bridge or left to P. Guazon St. to the destination point.

Motorists from Paco-Sta. Mesa Bridge/Interlink, intending to utilize the stretch of Beata St. to Palumpong St., are advised to go straight to Pres. Quirino Ave. to the point of destination.
