Investigation said the bus driven by Nicasio Pacala Jr., 53, overtook another vehicle and almost hit the suspect seated on his motorcycle parked on the road shoulder.

The suspect chased and caught up with the bus after a kilometer.

The suspect confronted Pacala, triggering a heated argument that prompted Tuano to step off the bus and pacify them.

The suspect drew a gun and shot the victim twice in the body. Tuano was taken to a hospital where he died while undergoing treatment.

Police found four fired caliber .45 cartridge cases at the crime scene.
