In its 4 a.m. bulletin, PAGASA said cloudy skies with light rains will be experienced in Cagayan Valley and Aurora due to the northeast monsoon, locally known as “amihan.”

The northeast monsoon may also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains to Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and the rest of Central Luzon.

Meanwhile, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms may prevail in Metro Manila and the rest of the country due to the easterlies or the warm winds from the Pacific Ocean.

PAGASA warned the public of flash floods or landslides in times of severe thunderstorms.
