Villar's AllHome, AllDay names new presidents


AllHome Corporation and AllDay Marts Inc., both subsidiaries of AllValue Holdings Corporation of billionaire Manuel B. Villar Jr., have both named new acting presidents to manage the companies.

In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange, AllHome reported the nomination and election of Ms. Frances Rosalie T. Coloma as the new Acting President of the Company as replacement Benjamarie Therese N. Serrano who passed away on September 5, 2024.

Consequently, Coloma resigned from her position as Treasurer of the AllHome and Louella M. Fernandez was nominated as the new treasurer of the company.

AllHome also reported the nomination and election of Engr. Dante M. Julongbayan as a new Director of the Company’s board of directors as replacement of Serrano.

Meanwhile, AllDay reported that its Board of Directors ahs accepted the resignation of Jacqueline B. Cano from her position as Acting President and Chief Operating Officer and Magdalena G. De Guzman was duly nominated and elected as the new Acting President, Chief Operating Officer, and Director of the Company.

Coloma graduated cum laude from the University of the Philippines with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accountancy and is a Certified Public Accountant. 

She is a Director of Vista Land and Lifescapes, Inc., and Golden Bria Holdings, Inc. and was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer of Golden Bria Holdings, Inc. from 2016 to 2019. 

Coloma was also the Chief Financial Officer of Starmalls, Inc. from 2012 to 2016. Prior to becoming the Chief Operating Officer of AllHom, she served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of AllDay Marts Inc.

Fernandez graduated cum laude from Jose Rizal University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and is also a Certified Public Accountant.

She was a Finance Head at Vista Land & Lifescapes, Inc. from 2017 to 2019 and was the Controller of various companies such as Globalland Property Management Inc. & Subsidiary, Environet Total Services Inc. & Subsidiary, and GetAll Corp. before taking the role of Controller and Compliance Officer of AllHome.

Julongbayan graduated from the University of the East with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and is a licensed Junior Geodetic and Civil Engineer.

Since joining the Villar group in 1993, Engr. Julongbayan has held several key positions, including: Marketing Division Head of Camella and Brittany from 2001 to 2006, Technical Head of Camella and Crown Asia from 2007 to 2010, Managing Director of Camella North Luzon from 2011 to 2014, and Group Production Head of Vista Land. 

Currently, Engr. Julongbayan serves as the Group Asset and Fleet Head at Vista Land.

Magdalena graduated from the University of Sto. Tomas, with a degree in AB Behavioral Science in 1988. She began her career in the real estate industry, serving as Administrative Head and eventually as Operating Head of Vistaland from 2001 to 2008. 

She handled the post of Purchasing Head before transitioning to the retail sector, where she held the role of merchandising head of AllHome from 2015 to 2017. In 2018, she returned to Vistaland as Administrative Group Head. 

She joined PAVI Group in 2022 where she currently leads the Purchasing Group and the Regulatory and Compliance Departments.
