Boss Toyo: Walang natulong sa akin dati

Social media influencer Boss Toyo is a man of good deeds.

From being a nobody to becoming a well-known online personality, he continues to share his blessing to those in need.

Last August 15, Boss Toyo and his team, Masipag Van, headed out to Happyland, Tondo to conduct a dental mission in partnership with Awesam Smile Dental Clinic, spearheaded by Dr. Sam Bernardo.

There, they teamed up with over 40 volunteer dentists and popular dental influencers to provide free extractions to more than 500 residents.

According to Boss Toyo conducting such programs gives him a sense of joy and fulfillment.

"Iba talaga yung feeling nung joy and fulfillment kasi nung dati walang-wala ako, walang natulong sa akin. Sobrang hirap para sa isa tao na walang malapitan na kahit na sino, kasi naranasan ko yun. Kaya sa abot ng makakaya ko, ginagawa talaga namin ang lahat para makatulong," Boss Toyo said.

(The feeling of joy and fulfillment is different because before I had nothing, no one helped me. It's very hard for a person, to have no one to help him or her because I've experienced that. So to the best of my ability, we are really doing everything to help) 

According to Dr. Sam, choosing Boss Toyo as their ambassador was an easy yes as they both share the same goals.

"Nung nalaman ko about kay Boss Toyo and nakita ko yung mga vlogs niya, dun ko naisip na kailangan ko talaga siya and makakatulong sa amin to spread awareness kung bakit natin kailangan pahalagahan ang dental health. Pareho kami ng advocacy na gusto namin makatulong at magshare ng blessing," Dr. Sam said.

(When I found out about Boss Toyo and saw his vlogs, I realized that I needed him and that he could help us spread awareness about why we need to value dental health. We share the same advocacy, we both want to help and share a blessing)
