According to the city government, 17 evacuation centers are currently open to all residents of the 13 barangays in the city.

As of 3 p.m., it said that the open evacuation centers in the following barangays are: Alfonso Gym in Barangay Bambang; San Joaquin Elementary School in San Joaquin; Maybunga Annex and Bliss 3 in Maybunga; Karangalan 2A Evacuation Center in Dela Paz; covered court in Malinao; Bagong Ilog Elementary School and Bagong Ilog covered court in Bagong Ilog; the third floor of Barangay Hall in Sta. Lucia; an elementary school in Rosario; Ilaya covered court and Santolan Elementary School in Santolan; a covered court in Caniogan; and Nagpayong covered court in Barangay Pinagbuhatan.

The local government, in coordination with the city barangays, provided the evacuees with hot meals and non-food items that they could use while staying at the evacuation centers.

Mayor Vico Sotto and other personnel of the local government are also making rounds as of Wednesday afternoon at operational evacuation centers in the city.

The local government also called on residents living in low-lying areas to comply immediately in case there were forced evacuations.

“Pinapakiusap sa mga Pasigueño, lalo na sa mga nakatira sa mga mabababang lugar katulad ng Santolan, Dela Paz, Maybunga, ilang lugar sa Manggahan: kung nagpapatupad na po sa inyong mga barangay ng forced evacuations, mangyari lamang po na mag-evacuate na po sa evacuation sites sa inyong barangay. Ito po ay para sa kaligtasan ng bawat isa (To all Pasigueños, especially those living in low-lying areas such as Santolan, Dela Paz, Maybunga, and some parts of Manggahan, if your barangays are already implementing forced evacuation, please evacuate to the designated evacuation sites in your barangay. This is for everyone's safety),” it stated.

For residents who have pets, the city government assured them that the evacuation centers are also “pet-designated places” and encouraged them to evacuate and stay safe together with their pets.

Meanwhile, Pasig LGU deployed service vehicles such as trucks and L300 vans that will roam around the city and will provide “libreng sakay” to any residents who will be stranded due to floods.

It also assured residents that all 28 pumping stations in the city will be operational to help manage the floods.

As the flood is continuously rising, it was also advised that some roads in the city were not passable as of 11 a.m. to light vehicles: Jenny's Avenue and F. Legaspi (Rainforest) in Barangay Maybunga, and Eusebio Avenue (PCGH) Brgy. San Miguel.

It advised motorists to seek an alternate route.
