A video clip of former Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque with OPM singer Ronnie Liang has resurfaced.

In the video, Harry was seen joking with Ronnie.

"Maya-maya, tignan natin kung mapapa-topless natin si Ronnie Liang," said Harry as he laughed.

Then Harry continued and said: "Ako magta-topless ako."

The video clip appears to have been originally broadcast in 2022 as part of Harry's popular online program, The Spox Hour.

Ronnie was a guest on Harry's show when they visited Dinagat Island in July 2022.

Known for his hit song 'Ngiti', Ronnie is not just a singer but also a skilled pilot and a dedicated military reservist.

Harry became a controversial figure again after it was discovered that he had financed the travels of Alberto Rodulfo "AR" De La Serna, his companion for a European trip.

Papers seized from a raided Philippine Offshore Gaming Operator hub in Pampanga included a document appointing an AR Executive Assistant III with a Salary Grade 20 in the Office of the Presidential Spokesperson in 2021.
