Blended learning for elementary, high school students in Sta. Maria, Bulacan on April 5-30

The Sangguniang Bayan (SB) of Sta Maria, Bulacan on Thursday, April 4, issued Resolution No. 2024-086, on the implementation of blended learning for public elementary and high schools in the municipality effective April 5 to 30. 

Mayor Bartolome "Omeng" R. Ramos said the resolution was created after he called Vice Mayor Pablo L. Juan for an SB special session regarding the health and safety of students and teachers in the midst of soaring temperatures. 

He said private schools are given the discretion to choose the mode of learning for their students. 

He added that face-to-face classes may still be conducted in the morning until before noon and shift to modular in the afternoon.
