Former rookie-MVP Bella Belen displayed flashes of her old form by unloading team-high 21 points built on 18 attacks and three blocks including 24 excellent digs for the Lady Bulldogs.
Vange Alinsug also delivered 19 points all from attacks while Alyssa Solomon had 12 markers.
Riding on the crest of a fourth-set win, NU cruised to a 12-4 advantage in the deciding fifth frame and never looked back.
Sobe Buena and AC Miner tallied 16 and 14 points, for Ateneo, which slumped to its second straight defeat.
Zel Tunashima had 12 points while Lyann De Guzman scored 11 points, all from attacks, in a losing effort.
