New MIAA chief vows to solve traffic jams around NAIA

Newly-appointed Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) General Manager Eric Jose Castro Ines vowed on Monday, Jan. 8, to resolve the traffic problems on the roads leading to and from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport. (NAIA).
Ines said he already directed the Airport Police Department to fix the traffic problem, saying the issue has long been a problem for airport passengers.
Aside from traffic problem, Ines said he will also look into complaints against taxi drivers operating at the NAIA.
