Man nabbed in shabu buy-bust in Taguig

The Taguig police arrested a man for allegedly yielding suspected shabu in a buy-bust operation on Sept. 7.

The operation was conducted by the Taguig police’s Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) on C5 Road in Palar, Barangay Pinagsama.

During the operation, the police arrested suspect Christopher Labadores, 44. Seized from the suspect were six plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, weighing approximately 16 grams valued at P108,800, and two P100 bills used as buy-bust money.

The suspect is detained at the Taguig police’s custodial facility while a complaint for violation of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002) is being prepared by the police against him.
