Lovi Poe is the quintessential morena beauty peg. And her wedding recently just proves how much morenas can glow on their special day.

Last Aug. 27, 2023, Lovi Poe was dressed in a gorgeous lace wedding gown by Filipino fashion designer Patricia Santos. She got married to Monty Blencowe in Cliveden House, Berkshire, United Kingdom.

Manila Bulletin got to ask celebrity makeup artist Robbie Pinera on what products he used on Lovi. This includes La Mer for the skin preps, Nars foundation and corrector as the base, Dior Backstage Eye Palette in Amber Palette and Dior eyeliner in brown on her eyes, Nars Liquid Blush for that glow on her cheeks, and Huda Beauty’s lip liner in warm brown and Dolce & Gabbana Lip Color in Goddess for her lips.

“Lovi looks great with a sun-kissed tan, so I used this D&G Solar Glow Ultra-Light Bronzing Powder that I’ve been using on her everytime I do her makeup,” Robbie tells Manila Bulletin Lifestyle.

He ends with this pro tip for brides-to-b, “When traveling abroad for a wedding, it’s better to go there (if possible) more than a week early, so the puffiness from the flight and traveling will dissipate. Your body and face needs to adjust at least for a week to the new environment so that when the wedding day comes, you feel more settled and your skin is less puffy.”
