Bulacan PDRRMO warns of light to moderate heavy rains due to 'Ineng'
The Bulacan Provincial Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) on Tuesday, Sept. 5, advised residents to prepare for occasional heavy rains due to the southwest monsoon (habagat) which is being enhanced by tropical depression “Ineng.”
The PDRRMO said precautionary measures should be taken as severe flooding is expected.

As of 8 a.m. on Tuesday, the water level of Angat Dam was at 203.11 meters (normal high water level is 212.00 meters), Ipo Dam was at 100.92meters (spilling level is at101.00 meters), and Bustos Dam was at 17.02 meters (spilling level is at 17.00 meters).
On Monday, Sept. 4, Governor Daniel R. Fernando, together with the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO), distributed thousands of food packs and medical assistance to families in Barangays Confradia, Bagna, Atlag, San Juan, Sto Rosario, Caniogan, Liang, San Agustin, Bulihan, and Longos affected by flooding caused by the recent southwest monsoon rains enhanced by typhoons Hanna and Goring.
