The Cainta Municipal Government has suspended classes in all levels for both public and private schools on September 4, Monday.
In her advisory posted on the official social media pages, Cainta Mayor Elen Nieto announced the class suspension around 9 a.m. in anticipation of a heavy downpour of rains by 11 a.m.

Nieto’s suspension of classes came as the early morning classes in public schools, which usually start at 6 a.m. have started.
Some streets in the town are flood prone areas during heavy rains.
